Community Involvement

Community involvement is an important part of what we do at Weld Family Clinic. We believe that being active in the community is a way to better understand the needs of our clients as well as give something back.

Over the past decade, we’ve contributed to the Weld Food Bank, A Woman’s Place, A Kids Place, The Success Foundation benefiting District 6, the Greeley Dream Team and many other local nonprofit organizations.  These groups play a vital role in the success of our community and we are proud to stand behind them!
