Weld Family Clinic of Chiropractic History

Opened on February 14th, 2005 on west 10th Street in Greeley to serve the health care needs of the wonderful residents of Greeley and the surrounding communities in northern Colorado.  In September 2010 we were blessed to move into a larger facility in the Fox Run Business Park to better serve our patients.  We are very involved in the community as a whole and support several non-profit organizations through fundraising events.  We help organizations as large as the American Cancer Society and Relay for Life, as well as smaller, local charities like A Woman’s Place, Pregnancy Resource Center, A Kids Place, Kids for Kyla, and the Weld Food Bank.  The doctors also volunteer their time by giving health-related educational talks to local civic and church organizations.  Dr. Patricia is president of the board of the Greeley Children’s Chorale and Dr. Erik is a member of the Greeley Rotary Club and serves on the executive board for Frontier Academy charter school.

Each month, Weld Family Clinic chooses a charity that will benefit from its Referral Program.  For each friend, family member or co-worker you refer to the clinic, you will receive a voucher for $5 off your next visit, or you can elect to donate that amount to the charity of the month.  This reward increases with each referral up to $40.  We appreciate your referrals!

Every October, we celebrate our patients with Patient Appreciation Days.  This is an opportunity to give back to our wonderful patients, as well as raise money for A Woman’s Place and the Weld Food Bank.  We have celebrated our Patient Appreciation Days for 11 years and have gathered over 3000 pounds of food and more than $5,500 in cash donations.
